This week in World History students will continue their study of the Roman Empire. Students will be learning about the rise of the empire, the reasons for its fall, and the lasting legacy of Rome on western civilization. Monday is a B5 day - the agenda for the lessons this week will be posted starting on Tuesday (A3).
A quick reminder that next Monday, the 7th, is Labor Day. There will be no school on this day. Additionally, Thursday September 10th is Back to School night. The 10th and the 11th are minimum days. Students will be dismissed at 11:35am on these two days. I will post more information as these dates get closer.
