May 26th - May 29th
This week students will continue their study of the Scientific Revolution. Tuesday students copied questions and watched the beginning of "The Universe" video describing the progression of scientific thought on the origins of the universe. Students will watch the end of this video on Wednesday and will then break into groups for follow up work in our classroom texts. Thursday students will take Cornell notes on a PowerPoint presentation on important figures, ideas, and inventions of the Scientific Revolution. Friday we will go over important information covered in the week and summarize what we have learned in a graphic organizer. Next week we will be covering the Age of Exploration.
